Rarely, I see films that are dialog rich (talkies type of movies) without taking yawns.
This is my second Polanski film (The Pianist -9/10 was the first)and truly some films can be labelled good without watching it first if you can see the credits with good names such as.
The exchange of dialog is superb and lively, the acting and directing is very impressive. Soundtrack and scoring is also great, all works of a genius film maker.
The subject is somewhat jaded in this time being, the war on and terror and all that, but this film is unique (maybe the European/English touch did the magic..haha
Very Recommendable..
